Purchases from DVD Show Me How Videos, LLC are subject to the following terms and conditions:
DVDs experiance occasional skipping which may be caused by dust or the player operation in the DVD player. This is not a defect and will not be accepted as a return item. If such an item is sent back to the manufactuer or distributor no refund will be issued and the customer will be charged any future shipping charges.
The manufacturer is not responsible for any content which may result in injury or damage or accuracy of content or content usage.
Free round-trip shipping exchange on wrong product send by Merchant-related mistakes.
RMA, Returned Merchandise Authorization, number issued is valid for 10 days only. To receive an RMA you must email us and we will issue you an RMA number. All return merchandise without the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the shipping box will be returned by us unprocessed.

All repaired/replaced merchandise will be sent back to the customer by UPS Ground service at no charge to the customer.
Physical damage will void all warranty and any wear.
All claims for damage, missing items or shipment errors must be made within 3 days after receipt of shipment.

Our DVDs are recorded in a DVD NTSC format has long been adapted. Our media goes through random quality checks and viewing to verify quality recordings. DVDs are non-refundable once viewed unless deemed defective and will be replaced with However exchange may be requested if you received the wrong type of media.
