Purchases of any DVD or Download from Show Me How Videos, are subject to the following terms and conditions:
The reproduction, duplication, distribution of any of Show Me How Videos, DVDs or downloads, is strictly forbidden. All of our videos are copyrighted and any individual found to be distributing or reproducing any of our videos will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Video Usage:
The purpose of our videos should be considered for entertainment purposes and not for the purpose of an authoritative opinion and by purchasing any of our videos the customer (you) agree to all of the terms stated in this agreement and agree to indemnify and hold harmless from any claim, cause or action against Show Me how Videos or any of its agent, representatives or talent in the videos.
DVDs:
DVDs experience occasional skipping which may be caused by dust or the player operation in the DVD player. This is not a defect and will not be accepted as a return item. If such an item is sent back to the manufacturer or distributor no refund will be issued and the customer will be charged any future shipping charges.
Downloads:
Downloads may take more than one attempt for a download and depending on the download and your system configuration may take several hours. Before any refund in given for a download not performing properly the customer (you) agree to exhaust the granted download allotment of 5 downloads. You also agree to read the directions under download terms and conditions on the website and the direction in the zip file.
If you exhaust your download attempts you have 2 options
1. a temporary FTP will be set up for a final attempt for your download. For this you have to have FTP ability, for PC filezilla is preferred for Mac Cyberduck. Both are free applications.
2. or an option to purchase the DVD at which time you will be issued a credit for the download only after you purchase the DVD.
The manufacturer is not responsible for any content which may result in injury or damage or accuracy of content or content usage.

Free round-trip shipping exchange on wrong product send by Merchant-related mistakes.
RMA, Returned Merchandise Authorization, number issued is valid for 10 days only. To receive an RMA you must email us and we will issue you an RMA number.
All return merchandise without the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the shipping box will be returned by us unprocessed.
No return or refunds after 14 days or receipt of DVD or download.
Shipping, handling, insurance and labor charges are not refundable.
All defective merchandise under warranty will be repaired or replaced under the sole discretion of Show Me How Videos, LLC.
All defective merchandise under warranty that is unavailable or discontinued will be replaced with merchandise that is deemed equivalent by Show Me How Videos, LLC.
The customer is responsible for all expenses to send back defective merchandise to our company.
All repaired/replaced merchandise will be sent back to the customer by UPS Ground service at no charge to the customer.
Physical damage will void all warranty and any wear.
All claims for damage, missing items or shipment errors must be made within 3 days after receipt of shipment.
Show Me How Videos, LLC is not responsible for typographical errors in this web site or any of our advertisements or during the order placement.

Our DVDs are recorded in a DVD NTSC format has long been adapted. Our media goes through random quality checks and viewing to verify quality recordings. DVDs are non-refundable once viewed unless deemed defective and will be replaced with However exchange may be requested if you received the wrong type of media.
No returns on opened computer software, CD/DVD movie case, hardware with opened software.
Show Me How Videos, LLC will not be responsible for damage and/or loss that are caused by delay of shipment or our products.
Severability. If any provision of this Liability Waiver shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Liability Waiver and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
This contract is not transferable to and third party without the written consent of the Company.
Show Me How Videos,LLC is not responsible for the use of any videos or any damage accidents, expectations, related or unrelated as a result of viewing any videos. The customer agrees to hold Show Me How Videos, LLC harmless from any claims as a result of viewing any videos sold by Show Me How Videos, LLC.
